The redemption of miles or points for a newspaper subscription is managed by NSSLP.com. Your use of the Service is subject to these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of this loyalty program. You are responsible for reading and understanding all of the terms and conditions.
Any failure to comply with these terms, any fraud or abuse relating to the obtaining of subscriptions, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to NSSLP.com by you, or anyone acting on your behalf, may result in the termination of your use of the Service and/or termination of any subscriptions obtained.
In order to obtain a newspaper subscription through the Service you must provide a delivery address within the continental United States. Subscription delivery is not possible outside the continental 48 states. You are free to redeem to provide gift subscriptions to others, provided the delivery address meets the condition set out above. Miles or points you redeem to obtain a subscription are non-refundable; all redeem transactions are considered final. Newspaper delivery is not available to P.O. boxes, prisons or penitentiaries. In some cases newspaper delivery will be provided by the US Postal Service at the newspapers discretion. Only 1 order per address will be processed. Not valid with other discounts.*Note: This offer is available for new subscriptions at a new address only. Existing subscribers are of this newspaper are not eligible for this offer, and will be billed by the publisher. Existing subscribers are any person(s) who have received delivery of the newspaper, whether physical or electronic, within the last 90 days from the date of order. Existing subscribers will also include any person(s) who have received delivery of the newspaper, whether physical or electronic, at ANY time in the past if that subscription was initiated by using a non-cash payment such as miles, points or any other intangible form of currency. Existing customers can be rejected based on receiving delivery of the newspaper at the address where they reside today or an address where they have received delivery in the past. Existing customers includes any form of delivery, for any duration and for any frequency of delivery. Miles or points cannot be refunded.
You understand that NSSLP.com is not responsible for delivery of subscriptions obtained through the Service, or for any similar services related thereto.
You authorize NSSLP.com to disclose to third parties information you have provided. Such information may be provided: (i) to agents of NSSLP.com or its affiliates, such as independent auditors, consultants or attorneys; (ii) to comply with government agency or court orders or requests; or (iii) where it is necessary for delivery of your subscription(s).
NSSLP.com may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time, with or without notice, and your continued participation in the Service after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions regularly to determine whether this Agreement has been modified. If you do not agree to any modification of this Agreement, you must immediately cease participation in the Service.
In addition, this loyalty program may change rules, regulations, travel awards and special offers or terminate the program at any time and without notice. Program participation may not be permitted in some countries.
